What is the highest AOE heal amount (without debuff) in GBF?

3000 HP? 4000 HP? Or 5000HP??!!!!

Nope :) 

With Vortex of Magic and Heal III from Io (SSR, light version), AOE Heal goes beyond 5600hp when you have superstar's Overture and Yggdrasil's healing buff.

Besides, Io also increases your team's light dmg by 10% and reduces dark dmg on charas by 10%. She will also casts a regeneration buff that heals 350 HP for 3 turns on your team after ougi, which officially makes her one of the best and most powerful healer in the game.

However, just like other regeneration buffs, her ougi regeneration buff also triggers Celeste's zombifying skill. I don't think she is an ideal choice for your celeste solo team, but definitely an OP chara for other dark bosses.
